2 Tbsp. water
8 pork chops
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Beat egg and water. Dip chops in mixture and then coat with bread
crumbs. Brown chops in oil in large skillet. Transfer to greased
9 x 13 pan. Combine soups, pour over chops. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
