2 c. cubed ham
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 can cream of asparagus soup (or celery)
4 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Mix together and put into casserole and top with 3/4 cup finely
crushed cornflakes or crushed potato chips. Bake 25 minutes at
350 degrees. (I usually omit the topping.)
