8 pork chops
2 Tbsp. green peppers
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Brown chops in shortening until light brown. Arrange in baking
dish. Brown onions and green peppers in same skillet. Add soup,
sugar and seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour sauce over pork
chops and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
