1 whole chicken cooked and deboned, cut into pieces
1 box rotini noodles cooked in chicken broth
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 large can Pet (evaporated) milk
1 lb. velvetta cheese cubed
1 large can of mushrooms or pkg of fresh sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 small onion
1 small jar of pimentos
salt & pepper
Saute the celery, green pepper, mushroom, and onion in the 3 T.
of butter. Add this to the rest of the ingredients mix well and
place in deep casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees for 45 min.
