2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
1 can cream of chicken soup (can use cream of mushroom or cream of
1/4 c. chopped onions (may use more)
1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients- pour into a greased baking dish (oblong
baking dish, etc.) Top with bread crumbs, (can also use 2 c.
crushed corn flakes). Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
