1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup mashed banana
3 T. milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup pecans
Cream sugar, egg, and butter together in mixing bowl. Combine the
banana and milk in a separate small bowl. Sift together flour,
baking powder and soda. Alternately add the banana mixture and
flour mixture to creamed mixture just until flour is moistened.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Put in 9x5 loaf pan that has
been greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in a pan for 10
minutes. (If using a glass pan, bake at 325 degrees.)
