2/3 cup milk
1 pkg. Martha White blueberry muffin mix
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; stir to blend. (It
is not necessary to beat out all the lumps.) Pour batter onto
heated (340 degreesF), lightly greased skillet or griddle, about 1/4 cup
for each pancake. Brown on one side then turn and brown on other
side. Makes 8 pancakes.
