1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cinnamon (or to taste)
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg yeast
1/2 c. luke warm water
1/4 c. oleo (butter)
5 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 egg white
3/4 c. pwd. sugar
4 Tbsp. honey
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Scald milk, sugar, butter and
salt. Add 2 unbeaten eggs and dissolved yeast. Add flour, mix and
knead until soft. Let dough rise no more than 1 hr. Knead and
roll out. Spread with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon then roll
in a log. Use thread to cut in 1/4 in. thick rolls. Place in 13x9
baking pan. Bake 425 degrees for 10 min.
