HARVEST PUMPKIN BREAD

3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cloves, optional
2/3 c. water
2 c. chopped walnuts, optional
2 c. raisins, optional

Cream together sugar and oil. Add eggs and pumpkin: mix well.
Add all dry ingredients and water, beat well. Stir in walnuts and
raisins. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf
pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
