2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
15 oz. can pineapple rings (save juice)
1 jiffy yellow cake mix
Mix sugar and oleo than press into 8x8 microwave pan. Arrange rings
on sugar and oleo, put a maraschino cherry in center of ring. Mix
yellow cake mix as directed using pineapple juice equaling 1/2 c.
instead of water and egg. Microwave on high for 5-7 minutes.
