1 6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 qt. fresh strawberries or 1 lb. frozen strawberries, thawed 1 Tbsp. sugar pinch of salt 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 angel food cake torn into 1 1/2" pieces Dissolve jello in boiling water, stir in strawberries, sugar, and salt. Cool at room temperature until mixture starts to gel. Beat whipping cream until stiff and fold in berry mixture. Cover bottom of 9x13 in. pan with torn pieces of cake. Pour 1/2 of berry mixture over cake pieces. Add another layer of cake then berry mixture. Refrigerate.
