1 3/4 c. white flour 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa 1 c. low-fat stick margarine 1 8 oz. pkg. fat-free cream cheese 1 14 oz. can fat reduced sweetened condensed milk 2 egg whites or 1/4 c. egg substitute 2 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa. Cut in margarine until crumbly (mixture will be dry). Reserve one cup crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture firmly on bottom of a 9x13 pan baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Pour over prepared crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over cream cheese mixture. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Cool and chill in the refrigerator. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator. Calories per serving 153; 29% from fat.
