1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1 envelope chocolate flavor Alba
1/2 c. part skim ricotta
Artificial sweetener = 8 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 ice cubes
Sprinkle gelatin over 1/3 c. cold water; let stand 1 minute. Add
boiling water and instant milk; blend on low speed; until mixed.
Add remaining ingredients except ice; blend on high. Add ice cubes
and blend until smooth. Pour into 3-cup dish. Refrigerate for 30
