3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small pkg. vanilla pudding (NOT INSTANT)
2 Tbsp. softened margarine
1/2 c. milk
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 large can sliced peaches, drain and save juice
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. peach juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix first 7 ingredients together. Beat 2 minutes and pour into a
9x13 pan. Drain peaches and place peaches over dough. Mix
together peach juice, sugar, and cream cheese. Beat until smooth.
Spoon over peaches. Mix 2 Tbsp. sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on
top. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
