RAINBOW ICE CREAM DESSERT

1 (10 in.) tube angel food cake
1 pkg. each strawberry, lime and orange flavored gelAtin
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, partly thawed
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
1 10 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained

Cut and tear cake into small pieces, divide into thirds and place in
medium bowls. Sprinkle dry strawberry gelatin over bowl of cake,
lime over another, and orange over another. Toss lightly with a
fork until cake is coated with gelatin. In a 10" tube pan put
strawberry cake pieces, spoon strawberries over cake; spread 1/3 of
ice cream over strawberries. Repeat layers with lime cake pieces,
blueberries, and ice cream and then orange cake pieces, mandarin
oranges and ice cream. Freeze until firm. Untold on chilled
dessert plate.
