22 Oreo cookies
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1/2 gallons vanilla ice cream, softened
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 small can Carnation milk
1/2 c. sugar
Crush cookies and mix with 1/3 c. melted margarine. Press into
a 9x13 pan. Place ice cream on top of crust and freeze. Melt the
squares of chocolate and 1 Tbsp. margarine. Add Carnation milk and
sugar. Cook until it thickens, cool. Pour over ice cream. Spread
whipped topping over the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle crushed
cookies on top.
Variation: Use 1 small can of Hershey's syrup for the chocolate layer.
