1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend flour, butter and powdered sugar
thoroughly. Press evenly in square 8x8 pan. Bake 20 minutes.
Beat rest of ingredients together. Pour over crust and bake 20 to
25 minutes more. Do not overbake! (The filling puffs during
baking but flattens when cooled.) May sprinkle lightly with
powdered sugar.
