1 can chick peas with 1/4 can liquid
3 Tbsp. tahini
1 medium clove of garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
Juice of 2 lemons
Place all ingredients in food processor. Process to creamy
puree. Add a little cold water if necessary. Garnish with oil and
parsley as desired. Serve with pita bread triangles and/or cut up
