YOGURT WITH WHOLE WHEAT

2 quarts yogurt
1 cup shelled whole wheat
1 tsp. salt

Boil wheat in 4 quarts water with salt added. Cook slowly for
1 to 1 1/2 hours adding water if necessary. Drain and rinse in
cold water then let cool. Add the wheat to the yogurt and
refrigerate. Serve cold. (A Very Healthy Snack.)
