Marinate one hour or longer. 1 lb. shrimp (medium or small) 1 bunch parsley, chopped Peel and boil shrimp five minutes. Cool and cut shrimp in halves. Add chopped parsley. Marinate. 1 1/2 lb. green beans Trim beans and boil until tender. Cool. Marinate one hour or longer. 1 can red kidney beans 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped Combine ingredients and marinate for one hour.
