2 lbs. ground beef or lamb
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
2/3 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp. flour
In a bowl mix onions, parsley and seasonings. Add the meat, flour
and water and mix well. Form into patties to broil or fry. If
grilling, form oblong patties for skewers.
