2 lbs. green beans 1 lb. lamb or beef, cubed 1 medium sized onion 1 large can whole tomatoes 1 small can tomato sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup water 2 Tbsp. butter String and cut green beans into 1 inch pieces. Wash and drain. Brown meat with onions in melted butter and add spices. Add beans to meat. Cover and steam for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and water and cook over low heat approximately one hour.
