1 lb. coarse ground or cubed lamb
1 lb. fresh cooked green beans or 1 large can green beans (drained)
1 medium onion,diced
1 cup awarma (see recipe index)
4 or 5 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Place awarma and onion in skillet. Cook over medium heat for 2
minutes then add green beans and let steam for 5 minutes. Turn
over slightly with spatula, add eggs and stir. Cook until eggs are
done. (In place of awarma, 1/4 cup of oil may be used.) Serves:
