1 whole chicken 1 cup rice 1/2 lb. lamb or beef, coarsely ground 2 Tbsp. pine nuts (snoobar) 2 tsp. salt Pepper, cinnamon and allspice to taste 1 cup water Brown meat, pine nuts and seasoning in saucepan. Wash and drain rice. Add rice to meat mixture and stir. When rice appears dry, add water and parboil until water is absorbed and then stuff loosely into chicken and sew up openings. Bake in 325 degrees F oven until done. Remove cover last half hour to brown. Serves: 4-6.
