1 cup burghul wheat, coarse 1 lb. coarse ground lamb or beef 1 medium onion, diced 2 cups water Butter or oil Salt and pepper to taste Brown meat and onions in butter or oil. Rinse and drain wheat and add to meat mixture. Cook and stir for a few minutes. Add water, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Serves: 4. Serve with side dish of laban. (Yogurt.)
