1 recipe fatayer dough
1 cup kishik
1/2 cup awarma (see recipe index)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix kishik, awarma and onion and add enough hot water to make a
thick paste. Place 2 tablespoons of filling in center of dough
patty. Close in triangular shapes. Arrange triangles on baking
tray. Bake in 400 degreesF oven until bottoms are lightly browned. Then
brown tops lightly under broiler.
