2 lbs. fresh green shrimp 1 cup oil Juice of 2 lemons 4 or 5 whole bay leaves 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Wash shrimp and drain. Do not remove shells. Spread in aluminum baking pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper, whole bay leaves, lemon juice and oil over shrimp. Place in preheated oven and stir occasionally until shrimp is done. Bake approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot. Shell shrimp and eat. Serves: 4-5.
