BAKED FISH

(Stuffed)

2 lbs. haddock
3 medium onions, sliced
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
Tarator (see recipe index)

Brush fish lightly with oil. Bake on greased pan until
slightly brown. Sauté onions in oil until translucent. Add pine
nuts and saute a few minutes longer. Put onion stuffing in cavity
of fish or spread over top. Return to oven and bake 15 - 20
minutes at 350 degrees F. Tarator may be poured over fish before returning
to oven or added at table as desired. Serves: 4-5.
