1 large onion, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped 3 Tbsp. butter 2 pints fresh mushrooms 1/4 cup pine nuts (snoobar) Sauté celery and onions in butter until well done. Add pine nuts and sauté for 2 or 3 minutes more. Cut off tips of mushroom stems, then wash and slice. Add to sautéed ingredients. Steam for 5 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
