2 packages frozen or 1 medium head cauliflower 3 large potatoes 3 carrots 2 eggs 1 cup flour 1 cup chopped parsley Cooking oil 1/2 cup chopped scallions 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 1 cup milk In a large bowl shred the potatoes, carrots and cauliflower. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Add a little oil to skillet and heat. Drop 2 tablespoons of mixture into skillet for each patty. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
