Use any one of the following:
Broccoli, kale, endive or spinach
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Wash and cut vegetables in bite size pieces. Place in
saucepan, cover with salted water and cook until done. Drain.
Sauté onion in oil and add drained vegetable. Add lemon juice and
mix. Serve hot or cold.
