Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let stand until wilted, then squeeze until all water has been removed. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place 2 heaping tablespoons of mixture in center of dough patty. Close in triangular shapes and arrange on greased baking pan. Bake in 400 degrees F oven until lightly browned on bottoms. Place under broiler and bake until tops are golden brown. Variation : 2 bags kale, chopped fine may be substituted for spinach.
