1 quart milk 1 cup rice 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar (to taste) 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. orange blossom water (mazahar) or vanilla Bring milk to a boil. Wash and drain rice. Add to milk, stirring occasionally for approximately 10 minutes. Add sugar and cornstarch. Cook for 10 more minutes or until rice is well done. Add flavoring before removing from heat.
