1 tsp. of coffee for each demitasse cup
1 demitasse cup of boiling water for each cup
1/2 tsp. of sugar for each cup
Pour water into a brass coffee pot and add sugar. Gradually stir in
the coffee and continue to stir until it froths and boils. Remove
pot from heat until froth recedes. Add cardamom. Repeat this step
3 times letting the coffee froth and boil to the top of the pot.
Each time spoon a little of the froth into cups. Finally fill cups
with clear coffee.
