8 C Sugar
2T Mixed Pickling Spice
Wash "cukes" and put in a crock.
Day 1: Cover with boiling water.
Day 2: Drain and cover with new boiling water.
Day 3: Drain and cover with new boiling water.
Day 4: Drain and cover with new boiling water.
Day 5: Cut cukes into slices. Mix rest of ingredients and
bring to boil and pour over drained cukes.
Day 6: Drain and bring the ingredients to boil again and pour
back over cukes.
Day 7: Bring ingredients and cukes to boil and put into
canning jars and seal.
