1/3C Green Pepper (chopped)
1/3C Onion (chopped)
1C Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 Clove Garlic (pressed)
3 Pkg Refrigerated Butter Biscuit
2C Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees In small bowl combine veg and sauce, mix
in garlic. Cut biscuits into quarters, arrange half evenly over
bottom of rectangle baking pan. Bottom will be completely covered.
Spread half of sauce and sprinkle with half of cheese. Repeat
layers. Bake 23-28 minutes or until golden brown.
