1 Head Lettuce 1/3C Onion 1/3C Celery 1/3C Frozen Peas 1/3C Bacon (Bac*Os) 1 4oz Pkg Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2C Hellmann's Mayonnaise 2T Sugar Cut up lettuce into 9x13 pan.
