2C Dried Chicken Tenderloin
4C Chopped Apples (Peels left on)
1/2C Sliced Celery
1/2C Chopped Walnuts (toasted)
1T Lemon Juice
1/4t Ground Cinnamon
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix lightly. Chill
and serve on lettuce-lined plates, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
