2C Powdered Sugar 1t Vanilla 3 Eggs 3 Sticks Oleo 2-3 Bananas 1 Lg Can Crushed Pineapple (drained) 1 Lg Carton Cool Whip 1/2C Chopped Nuts 1/8C Sugar 4 1/2C Graham Crackers or Rice Chex Mix 1 stick oleo and 1/8C sugar in 9x13 pan. Add graham crackers or Rice Chex. Bake 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, eggs and 2 sticks oleo. Beat 8-10 minutes at high speed. Put this on top of crust. Cover with bananas. Top bananas with crushed pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Refrigerate before serving. Serves 8-12.
