2 1/2C Shredded Green Cabbage
1 1/4C Shredded Red Cabbage
3/4 C Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 8-oz Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1C Sour Cream
3T Cider Vinegar
2T Sugar
1T Dry Mustard
1/8t Salt
2T Chopped Unsalted Dry Roasted Peanuts

Toss cabbage, peppers. Combine pineapple, sour cream, vinegar,
sugar, mustard and salt and mix well. Fold into cabbage mixture
and chill covered for 4 hours or longer. Sprinkle with peanuts.
