MEXICAN CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE

6-8 Chicken Breasts (de-boned, shredded)
Tortilla Chips
1 Lg Onion
2 Cans Rotelle Tomatoes (no juice)
2 Cans Cream of Chicken/Mushroom Soup
4C Shredded Cheese

Layer Chips in bottom of a 9x13 pan. Layer shredded chicken on
top of chips and add layer of onions, tomatoes, soup and cheese.
Repeat process one more time. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
