1 16 oz Package Hot Roll Mix 1/2 Lb Bulk Hot Italian Sausage 1 Clove Garlic (finely chopped) 1 16 oz Container Cottage Cheese 1 12 oz Can Tomato Paste 1/2C Chopped Onion 1t Oregano 1t Salt 1/2C Chopped Green Bell Peppers 1/2C Grated Parmesan Cheese Prepare roll mix and let rise as directed. Press in bottom and up sides of a greased 15x10 pan. In skillet cook sausage and garlic. Pour off fat. In medium bowl combine cottage cheese, tomato paste, onion, oregano and salt. Spread in prepared pan over dough. Top with sausage, green peppers and grated cheese. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake in preheated 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
