1 Lg Can White Albacore Tuna 1 Lg Egg 1 Onion (diced) 1 Slice Bread Lemon Pepper Salt Wondra Flour 1 Stick Butter Flake Tuna with a fork. Mix in one egg and diced onion. Shred in a slice of bread. Add a touch of salt and ample lemon pepper. Add enough Wondra flour to form into patties. Melt one stick of butter (or margarine) in large pan. Coat both sides of each patties with flour and drop into pan. Fry until a golden crust forms then flip over add more lemon pepper and fry until both sides are crusted. I converted and adjusted a salmon patties recipe my Grandmother made and came up with this. Bob loves it and reheats leftovers in the microwave and makes tuna burger sandwiches.
