1 Lb Italian Sausage
1 15 oz Tomato Sauce
1/2t Garlic Salt
1/2t Pepper
1/2t Dried Basil Leaves
17 oz Macaroni (cooked and drained)
1 1/2C Cream Style Cottage Cheese
6 oz Velveeta Cheese.

Brown Sausage, drain. Add tomato sauce, garlic salt, pepper,
basil and 1/2C water. Cover and simmer for 15 min, stirring
occasionally. In 2 quart casserole dish layer macaroni, cottage
cheese, Velveeta cheese, meat sauce and repeat. Bake at 375 degrees for
30 min. Serves 6-8.
