1 Lb Sausage
8 Slices Bread (cubed)
2C Cubed Cheddar Cheese
3/4t Dry Mustard
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Cook sausage in large skillet until done, breaking up with spoon.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Grease a 9x13 inch baking
dish. Place bread cubes in baking dish. Sprinkle cubed cheese
over bread. Sprinkle sausage over cheese. Combine eggs, 2 1/3 C
milk and dry mustard in medium bowl; beat with fork until well
mixed. Pour egg mixture over layered mixture in baking dish.
Cover with plastic and refrigerate over night. Heat oven to
300 degrees. Stir together soup and 1/2c milk in bowl. Pour over
mixture in baking dish. Bake uncovered, about 1 1/2 hours, or
until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes.
