2 Whole Chickens
1 Jar Mild Salsa
1 Can Diced Tomato
4 Pkg Corn Tortillas
Seasoned Salt

Boil chicken with 1T of seasoned salt or to taste until done.
Let cool. Mix together diced tomatoes, salsa and season salt (to
taste). Cut up toppings and cheese as desired. De-bone and shred
chicken. Cover with salsa mixture. Warm shells in microwave for
30 seconds. Have oil hot skillet about 1/2 inch deep. Take a
small amount of chicken mixture, roll up in taco. With tongs place
in oil, hold for a couple of seconds, turn until brown on all
sides. Serve with favorite toppings. Makes 40 tacos.
