3 Lbs Boneless Pork Loin 1 Clove Garlic (minced) 1 Can Mushroom Soup 1 Lb Pkg Sauerkraut (with juice) 1 Pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix Pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place pork roast in pan, season with garlic and pepper to taste. Sprinkle soup mix over roast. Pour soup and sauerkraut with juice over roast. Bake for about One and quarter hour to one and half hour. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
