2 Egg Yolks 1/4C Cold Water 1 1/2C Cracker Crumbs 1/2C Hot Water 2t Salt 6 Pork Chops 6 Onion Slices 1/4C Oil Place egg yolks, salt and water in bowl. Heat 1/4C oil in skillet. Dip chops into eggs, then in cracker crumbs. Place in hot oil. Brown on both sides. Place onion slices on chops. Add hot water. Cover and bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
