1 1/2 Lb Ground Beef 1 Pkg Taco Seasoning Mix 2 8 Oz Taco Sauce (1 hot and 1 mild) 1 15 Oz Can Tomato Sauce 1 12 Oz Can Whole Kernel Corn 1-2 Cans Diced Green Chillies 1t Salt 1 1/2C Buttermilk 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 1C Flour 1C Cheddar Cheese (shredded) 2 Eggs (beaten) Heat oven to 375 degrees. cook and stir meat until brown. Add taco seasoning and taco sauce. Stir in tomato sauce, corn, green chillies and salt; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer while preparing cornbread topping. Place in pan, corn muffin mix, flour, buttermilk, eggs and cheese; stir batter until smooth. Place meat mixture in 9x13 inch pan and pour cornbread topping on top.
