CHICKEN POT PIE

1 48 oz Pkg Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 32 Oz Pkg Mixed Vegetables
2 Deep Dish Pie Crusts
2 Regular Pie Crusts
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Potato Soup

Cook chicken in boiling water until tender. Cut in bite-size
pieces. Put in large mixing bowl. Add vegetables and 3 soups.
Mix well. Pour half of mixture into each deep-dish pie shell.
Cover with regular pie shell. Crimp edges together. Bake
approximately 1 hour at 250 degrees or until rust is browned to your
liking.
